The Que Vo Expanded 2 Industrial Park (IP), managed by Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), has recently had its subdivision planning adjusted by Bac Ninh province, which includes consolidating several land plots and relocating a drainage channel.

Besides the 11 provinces and cities that did not undergo merger, the remaining 52 provinces and cities were merged into 23 new provinces and cities. The scale of the area and population of the provinces have changed significantly after the expansion of their administrative boundaries.

Experts propose levying a 20% tax on the difference between the buying and selling price of real estate to reflect actual income and prevent tax evasion.
